This is has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. After 14 years of service to the staff and students of Kadina Memorial School, and hundreds of Wits End Customers across the peninsula, I have accepted a new role that see me expand and grow my skillset. The catch, I have had to give up my country home, my adopted home and move back to Adelaide. This makes it remarkably more difficult to look after my customer base in Wallaroo and surrounds.
What does this mean?
As of the 1st of July, 2019, I will no longer be offering services through Wits End Computer Services on the Yorke Peninsula, except via Remote Session. It’s just not physically possible for me to continue in the manner I have whilst I was working for the school.
Firstly, do not fear for your equipment. We will continue to honour all warranties and requirements under Australian Consumer Law for anything purchased through us. Wits End is not going out of business. We’re just downsizing to our Orroroo location.
If you are having issues, please contact me on 0407 856 578, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to regarding your best options. You may also reach out with your invoice, and contact the manufacturer for support as well.
New Services, Sales and Ongoing Support
Firstly, if you do not require regular onsite support, please reach out to Brett in Orroroo on 0418 822 039, or email@example.com. He is able able to assist via remote sessions and drop ship items directly to your door.
If you do require the human touch onsite, I’m very proud to have a huge friend in Daniel Lascelles, owner of Velocity Tech in Kadina. He operates a mobile service around the Copper Coast along with remote support. You are welcome to reach out, and please let him know that you are Wits End Client.
Existing Contract/Renewal Services
Wits End Customers with regular renewals, email and website contracts will continue to be supported through Brett at the Orroroo branch. If you wish to take your services elsewhere, we will assist you in transitioning to another provider, as your renewals approach.
What about you?
I’m still helping out with my regular customers via Remote Sessions after hours. I do the occasional weekend visit, however, where possible remote sessions are more convienient for both me and you. Drop me a line, we’ll make an appointment, and we’ll have chat.
